1-Click the Email Login link on CVAmerica.net Home Page
2-Type your full email address in the first box
(username@cvamerica.net)
3-Type your password in the second box
4-Click the Login button
5-You are now logged into your web-based email account and ready to read and
send emails |

| How to Open/View your
CVAmerica.net Invoice: |

1-First click on the attachment file (may be represented by
a "paper clip" icon in Microsoft Outlook Express.
2-The Invoice should then open in a new window using your Adobe Acrobat
Reader program
Please note: If you get a message that the
attachment cannot be opened or asking which program you want to use to open
the attachment file, you may need to click the link in your email to
download the Adobe Acrobat Reader program onto your computer first. |

1-If your attachment files are grayed out and you are unable
to open them, click on TOOLS at the top of your Outlook Express window
2-Click on OPTIONS from the menu list
3-Click on the SECURITY tab in the Options window
4-Click on the check in the box that says, "do not allow attachments to be
saved or opened that could potentially contain a virus", to remove the check
5-Click OK and Close to save your new setting |

| Setting up Email in
Outlook Express: |

1-Start Outlook Express. (If you never used Outlook Express
before skip to step 6.)
2-Click on "File" menu button, click the "Identities" option, and click on
"Add New Identity".
3-Type your name (Example--John), click "OK"
4-Click on "YES" option to switch to the new identity now.
5-Click on "YES" option to keep connection to Internet when switching to new
identity.
6-Enter a display name (to be displayed on outgoing emails, example--John
Smith) and click "Next"
7-Enter your e-mail address (your username followed by @cvamerica.net;
i.e.,
username@cvamerica.net) and
click "Next".
8-Change Incoming mail server to POP3
9-Enter the POP3 (mail.cvamerica.net) and SMTP server names (smtp.cvamerica.net)
and check "My Server requires Authentication" click "Next"
10-Enter your account name (username@cvamerica.net)
and the password for the account and check the "Remember Password"
option and click "Next".
11-Now click "Finish" and your e-mail is set up. |
