| How to Open/View your
CVAmerica.net Invoice: |

1-First click on the attachment file (may be represented by
a "paper clip" icon in Microsoft Outlook Express.
2-The Invoice should then open in a new window using your Adobe Acrobat
Reader program
Please note: If you get a message that the
attachment cannot be opened or asking which program you want to use to open
the attachment file, you may need to click the link in your email to
download the Adobe Acrobat Reader program onto your computer first. |
| Locate a Local Dialup Number: |

1-If you already have a local dialup access, click on the
local dialup number link on the CVAmerica.net Home page and skip to step #5
below, if not follow steps #2-4 below to install the CVAmerica.net Phone book
on your computer
2-Insert the CVAmerica.net Internet setup CD into your CD-rom drive and wait
for the autoplay to open the main menu options list
3-Click "Install phonebook" link & install
4-Open CVAmerica.net Phonebook from link on your desktop
5-Enter your area code & click Search Area Code button (from desktop link)
or Submit Query button (from website link)
6-Choose a local dialup number from the list
*Please note: Not all numbers listed by local area
code will be a local phone call due to varying coverage areas for each
individual Telephone Service provider, Computer Visions, Inc. is not
responsible for any additional charges accrued from the use of a non-local
dialup number for any location from which the user dials in from;
furthermore, it is recommended that you contact the local Telephone Service
provider for the phone service you are using to dial in from and verify with
them if there will be any additional long distance charges for the number
you choose. |

your dialup access number: |

1—Click on the “Start” button, click on “Settings”,
click on “Control Panel”
2—Double click on the “Internet Options” icon to open the Internet
Properties window
3—Click on the “Connections” Tab at the top of the Internet Properties
window
4—In the White box near the top, highlight your “CVAmerica” dialup listing
5—Click the “Settings” button to the right of the white box
6—Near the bottom of the CVAmerica settings window, click the “Properties”
button
7—In the “Phone Number” box, remove the existing number and type the new
dialup number (You can add additional numbers by clicking the “Alternates”
button”)
8—Click the “OK” button in the next three windows
9—Close the Control Panel window and you’re ready to connect with the new
dialup access number |
