CV Premium Service Agreement

The CV Premium Service Agreement includes two hours of on-site labor per month as needed, which can be used for Preventative Maintenance and/or resolving any current issues or performing requested tasks (upgrades, repairs, etc.).  Our Preventative Maintenance tasks include researching error messages and hardware conflicts, cleaning fans and internal components, reseating cards, and updating virus definitions and drivers as needed.  In addition, with our Premium Service Agreement you also receive these extra discounts and benefits on CV parts and services:

 
  • PRIORITY SUPPORT which will place your on-site before any non-premium service agreement customer! (Same day call back)
  • 20% discount on Web Design and Web Hosting services
  • 10% discount on CV Dial-up Internet Service

CV Basic Service Agreement

The CV Basic Service Agreement includes one hour of on-site labor per month as needed, which can be used for Preventative Maintenance and/or resolving any current issues or performing requested tasks (upgrades, repairs, etc.).  Our Preventative Maintenance tasks include researching error messages and hardware conflicts, cleaning fans and internal components, reseating cards, and updating virus definitions and drivers as needed.  In addition, with our Deluxe Service Agreement you also receive these extra discounts and benefits on CV parts and services:

 
  • PRIORITY SUPPORT which will place your on-site before any non-service agreement customer
  • 10% discount on Web Design and Web Hosting services
  • 10% discount on CV Internet Service

CV Preventative Maintenance Service Agreement

The CV Preventative Maintenance Service Agreement includes one hour of on-site labor every six months for Preventative Maintenance which includes researching error messages and hardware conflicts, cleaning fans and internal components, reseating cards, and updating virus definitions and drivers as needed.  This service helps keep your computer system running better, think of it as a high-tech oil change!
